Thanksgiving

The Marshall family had a nice Thanksgiving. We had signed up to have two Airforce men over again and we thoroughly enjoyed having them! :D Kyle and Karl almost thought they would not be able to go any where for Thanksgiving because they had a great deal more recruits that year. They were very grateful to have Thanksgiving with us and we were very glad to have them. We also had Mr. Triebs and a few of his younger children from church join us as well! :D

Papa cutting the Turkey. It was so good! This year we discoverded brining! If you soak your turkey in brine before you cook it, it will come our very tender and juicy!  YUM!

It was a lovely day to sit out on our porch to enjoy our meal! Evvie and 

Allison did the decorating. :D

Just before the Airmen left, I brought out my cat Maisy for the

Triebs children. Karl loves cats and really enjoyed holding Maisy. 

We of course had to get a photo our Karl and Kyle 

before they left.
