Since Valentines Day was on a Thursday, it fell to me to make a special dinner. Tuesdays and Thursdays are my cooking days. I had no idea what I would cook. It didn't help too much that I got sick a few days before. Even looking at food on the internet for ideas didn't appeal to me. With Valentines Day only a day away I opted for the all pleasing, and a Marshall favorite, PIZZA!
I made mama a heart shaped cheesy one since she is trying to stay away from nightshades as these flame up arthritis.
