Allie ended up spending a few nights at the Bridges (phew!), which was great, because it worked out for us to drive over to pick her up and surprise her. :D Try as we did, Allie did find out what the surprise was, but she just wasn't expecting it to appear when it did.
Evvie and I drove over to the Bridges with her surprise. Rang the door bell and....
Our dear friends Hannah and Esther DeLaduranty had flown on down from TN for Allie's 30th.
And whats a photo shoot without a bit of goofiness thrown in...
Photo credit goes to Mrs. Bridges
Papa and Mama dressed western as well as Mrs. Bridges
Hannah and Esther were quite creative with there 1950, 60's costumes
We also had our own resident reporter on site
A congressman asking for votes ;)
Allison and Evvie dressed with some Scottish style's
And we also had a welder, who had the honor of lighting the birthday candle

Happy 30th Al. You've been a great oldest sister to me. The Lord has blessed us by growing our heart together and I'm so grateful for that. You've encouraged me, you've challenged me and you've become a dear friend to me. I pray the Lord for many more years as your little sister. Can't wait to see what the Lord has in store for you next!
